Chicken and Bacon Salad with Citrus Tomatillo Vinaigrette

A light and refreshing salad that packs a punch of protein with chicken and bacon and is topped with a bright citrus tomatillo dressing!

Marinade
¼ c. olive oil
1 Tbsp garlic chopped
2 Tbsp Champagne vinegar (could also use red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar)
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
Citrus Tomatillo Dressing
Juice of 1 limes
Juice fo 1 lemon
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
2 Tbsp.. champagne vinegar (could also use red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar)
2 Tbsp Honey
2 tsp. chopped garlic
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
½ bunch cilantro chopped
½ Tomatillo diced
Dash of salt and pepper

1 lb chicken
8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
2 cups of cherry tomatoes halved
1 avocado
8 cups 50/50 mix of spring greens and spinach
