Chicken Curry Kebab

This quick and easy to prepare chicken kebab recipe is made flavorful and savory by curry, chili pepper and other herbs and spices. Perfect addition to your barbecue parties.

400g chicken breast fillet, cut into inch sized cubes
1 bell pepper, cut into squares
2 medium onions, cut each into 4 pcs.
8 pcs. champignon mushrooms
1 Tbsp curry powder
¼ tsp chili powder
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 Tbsp minced ginger
3-4 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp Fish Sauce or 1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground pepper

In a big bowl, mix curry powder, parsley, garlic, ginger, olive oil, fish sauce or salt and pepper together. Or alternatively, use a blender or stab mixer to chop and mix at same time.
