500 gram chicken meat, diced
1 Orange juice, take the water
500 ml water
2 Carrots, cut crosswise
Corn 100 gram pipil
2 Garlic, minced
1/2 onions, cut into rough
2 cm ginger, crushed
1 pepper powder
Salt 2
Sugar 1/2
1 scallions, cut into 2 cm
2 Fried Onions
Marinate chicken with lemon, let sit about 15 minutes, then rinse again and drain. Boil chicken until tender. Add the carrots, corn, garlic, onion, and ginger. Cook until carrots are tender. Season with pepper, salt, and sugar, according to taste and felt pretty good. Add sliced ??leeks, stirring until boiling. Remove and sprinkle with fried onions.
