Chili and Daikon with Fermented Bean Curd

This tastes a bit like kimchi. A great side dish to accompany congee.

1 tablespoon fermented bean curd ?preferably red?
1 daikon
4 green chili pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Shred the daikon. Cut chili into strips, remove the seeds. Heat olive oil, add fermented bean curd, and stir to mix. Add daikon and chili, sauté until mixed, then keep stirring occasionally. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes. If too dry add some water or broth.
