Unique Chinese pan-searing cuisine makes this skinny vegan dish “insanely appetizing” ! The cuisine is to fry the ingredient, mostly vegetables, on a flat pan without adding oil. This can add charming “smoked” flavour and smell to veggies that actually cannot be smoked, as well as increase the spiciness of the ingredients.

10 oz. large green chili peppers
1 oz. onion (optional)
3/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. light soy sauce
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vegetable oil
