Chocolate Chip Paleo Cookies

Great cookie for those trying to eat healthier in the new year. This is a soft gooey heathy cookie with no flour dairy or refined sugar!

1 cup almond flour or 1/2 almond and 1/2 coconut flour ( that's what I did)
1/2 cup almond butter
1 /4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup Honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup pumpkin purée
1/2 cup nuts of your choice- walnuts, pecans,- I did not use any nuts in mine which yields a softer cookie
1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup chocolate chips
Mix wet ingredients in bowl. Combine all dry ingredients in separate bowl.
Gently combine, then add nuts and chocolate chips.
Drop and bake until golden brown. 10-15 minutes
