Chocolate Rice
This recipe came from an accident. One day I made a chocolate dessert and put on the table with other dishes. My mother thought it was one of the vegetable and meat dishes, took some into her bowl and ate with the rice. I saw her putting in her mouth with her chopsticks. I thought she would scream, but before I had a chance to speak, she calmly said, “Nice!” Then I said it was chocolate, she laughed hard and said, “I was too tired to notice.” So I thought, cacao probably can go with rice.

2 bowls of cooked sushi rice
Cacao filling:
2 tablespoons cacao powder

2 teaspoon chopped peanut or almond
2 teaspoon slightly boiled, chopped carrots.
More cacao powder (for garnish)

Mix the cacao filling ingredients together, set aside.
If you have a square sushi mold or any rectangular cookie cutter, it will make the process really simple. If not, just use your hands to shape the rice. Be sure to wet your hands with water before you handle the rice and let it cool a little before take them into your hand.
Prepare a serving plate. Make the first layer of rice, with hand or mold, about 1/2 inch thick. Then spread some cacao filling on the rice, about 1/4 inch thick. Add another layer of rice. Finally, sprinkle with cacao powder on top.
