Cilantro Basil Pesto Pasta

Delicious pesto tossed over noodles and bathed in peas, broccoli and edamame beans for additional nutrition and protein.

PESTO:
2 cups of cilantro leaves
2 cups of basil leaves
2 handfuls of chopped kale leaves
1 medium zucchini, chopped
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup Parmesean cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt (or to taste)
1/8 tsp pepper (or to taste)

PASTA:
1/2 package of spaghetti noodles
2 cups of frozen broccoli
1 cup of frozen peas
1 cup of frozen edamame beans
