This is a recipe for clean eating smooth hummus made with chickpeas or garbanzo beans. It is flavored with lemon juice, cumin, parsley, and paprika.

15 ounces chickpeas or Garbanzo beans, skins removed
1/3 cup tahini paste
1/2 large lemon juiced
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Garlic Cloves
1/4 tsp cumin
1 tsp coarse salt
3 tbsp water or reserved liquid from chickpeas, could use up to 4 tbsp.
