• 100g brown pasta

• 1 Zucchini

• 100g cauliflower

• 200ml water

• 35g pea protein isolat

• 20g grated parmesan (or vegan cheese)

• Some onions

• 1 clove garlic, chopped

• Some Olive Oil

• Pepper, salt, oregano to taste

• Optional: salmon, chopped in small pieces
