You only need about 10 minutes of prep time to pull together a delicious breakfast casserole! This Cranberry Baked Oatmeal is full of seasonal ingredients and warm spices for an easy make-ahead breakfast or a special holiday brunch.

1 tablespoon chopped pecans
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 (½ teaspoons) cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup maple syrup

½ cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tablespoons butter ( melted )
1 large egg ( beaten )
