Dairy Free Gluten Free Chocolate Icing made with Black Beans

I rarely eat anything sweet but occasionally we have a holiday dinner, or a birthday celebration or maybe even a craving. I promise; if you didn't tell anyone - they would not know. This taste like a traditional chocolate icing.

One can black beans drained
Cocoa
White Sugar
Vanilla
water
In your blender or food processor add your drained black beans, cocoa and sugar. Blend until creamy. Blend. Blend. Blend. The more you blend the creamy the texture. You can add some melted butter or margarine to elevate this icing if you wish. I do not have amounts on the cocoa and sugar because it is to taste. I would start with 1/2 c. cocoa and sugar to taste. 1 t. vanilla. Blend; adding water very very slowly. Only as much to match the consistency you are looking for. Refrigerate or ice your cupcakes, bars or cake and then refrigerate.
