These cookies are awesome! No butter and made with coconut oil and peanut butter powder. Peanut butter oatmeal cookies are sightly sweet and convenient for busy afternoons or mornings. A delicious chewy baked good made with coconut oil and packed with oats for heart health!

3 cups gluten free rolled oats
½ cup of gluten free flour
1 cup of PBfit Powder
1 cup of almond slivers
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
¾ cup of maple syrup
½ cup of coconut oil, melted
½ teaspoon of salt
