Easy Greek Salad

My take on a quick, easy, and delicious greek salad. This simple salad will keep you coming back again and again. The tangy homemade dressing is irresistable.

For Chicken
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp ground oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
For dressing
2/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tsp ground oregano
1 1/2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic, finely minced
For salad
2 heads of romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 medium walla walla sweet onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c. cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half
1/2 c. black olives
1/4-1/2 feta cheese, depending on how cheesey you like it.
