Easy Steeped Shrimp with Classis Cocktail Sauce

Choppeditize this classic combo appetizer. By making this yourself you'll chop the cost. I use frozen shrimp so I can have steeped shrimp in minutes.

Large Pot Ingredients: I use a 5 quart Soup Pot
50 Shrimp, if frozen, defrost them. Slip the tails off. Size 31-40.
1 Lemon
3 quarts Water
2 teaspoons Kosher or Sea Salt

Cocktail Sauce Ingredients:
1 cup Ketchup
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon creamed, prepared Horseradish. More or less depending on how much heat you desire
