Extremely Delicious Edamame Hummus is a healthy, satisfying snack. It’s perfect for dunking veggies, pouring over pasta, or smearing on sandwiches. It’s great for parties or for an after school snack!

1 15 oz can white beans drained and rinsed
2 cups cooked edamame shelled, thawed if frozen
2 garlic cloves roughly chopped
1/2 tablespoon red chili flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Juice from 1 lemon use 2 lemons if desired
1/4 cup olive oil
1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro chopped
1/2 cup water if needed
