Favourite Paleo Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes

Hi guys! These fantastic pumpkin pie cupcakes happen to be pretty awesome. A friend of mine asked me if I could possibly make a healthy version of the paleo pumkin pie cupcakes. I often really like a challenge, and you know what these cupcakes came out really awesome. Unlike the the original, my ones have absolutely NO flour and definetly NO refined sugars. They happen to also be dairy free, along with egg free and also vegan. You can make them up really fast!

For the Pumkin Pie cupcakes:
1 can of fresh pumpkin or alternatively 1 to 1 1/2 cups of pureed pumpkin
2 nice ripe bananas
1/2 cup of coconut sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons of fresh cinnamon
1/4 teaspoons of nutmeg
1/4 teaspoons of fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoons of salt

For the Paleo Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes whip topping:

1 can of full-fat fresh coconut milk
2 Tablespoons of maple syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla beans
