Celebrate summer’s bountiful produce with a fresh and easy Mediterranean-style appetizer! The combination of sunny ripe tomatoes and fresh herbs on top of a creamy garlic and feta cheese base makes this Feta Bruschetta Dip indescribably good!

For Feta Dip:
6 ounces crumbled feta cheese
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
? cup plain Greek yogurt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
For Tomato Topping:
1 ½ lbs. grape, cherry, or plum tomatoes
? cup chopped fresh basil
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 Tablespoon olive oil, plus additional for brushing on bread
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh herbs, for garnish (optional)
