Fresh Indian vegetable sandwich

This is a very easy do healthy fresh vegetable sandwich ..can be relished by any age group people all around the world!!!

Bread loaf - 1
Butter 2 spoonfull
Carrot - 2
Onion - 4
Purple cabbage - 1/2
Green Chilli - 3
Tomato - 2
Spring onions
Coriander leaves
Chilli powder - 2Tbsp
Salt
A toaster
Chop onion ,chilli,cabbage into fine small sizes Scrape away carrot skin and chop it into thin pieces Add 1and1/2 spoon of butter into a pan which is heated wait until butter melts and add all the chopped vegetables into the pan Nicely keep mixing the contents for 30 sec and close the pan ,Open the lid and mix the contents for every minute until the onion color changes to golden brown(That is the indication!) Now add 1tbsp of chilli powder ,necessary salt and chopped tomato and mix it well again All this would take around 7min and then empty the mixture in a bowl and top it with spring onions and coriander leaves. This is the stuff for the sandwich Now the fun part take a bread slice apply some jam of your choice into one side and take another slice put the mixture in between the two slices and put it inside the toaster Wait until its ready and then the delicious Indian sandwich is ready :) :)
