Kale salad with mango dressing is perfect after Thanksgiving! It’s light, ready in less than 15 minutes, nutritious & easy to make!
100g/3.5oz Kale Leaves
1 Large Apple
1 Large Carrot
1 Ripe Mango
1 Large Pomegranate
For the dressing:
1 Medium Ripe Mango
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 ½ Tablespoon Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
4 Teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Large Apple
1 Large Carrot
1 Ripe Mango
1 Large Pomegranate
For the dressing:
1 Medium Ripe Mango
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 ½ Tablespoon Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
4 Teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
