Fresh Mango Pineapple Salsa

I had a fuit salsa at a great mexican restaurant when I was a teenager that I thought about quite a bit over the years. I had yet to find one that I liked quite as much as the one I had there. So, several years ago I decided to try to make my own and this is what I came up with. It is always a hit wherever I take it!

1 1/2 C. fresh pineapple cubed or 1 can pineapple tidbits (drained)
2 mangoes diced
1 small jalapeno seeded and minced
1/2 large red onion minced
1 T. fresh lime juice (more to taste)
1-2 T. chopped cilantro
Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients together and chill for at least 2 hours to let flavors combine. Serve with tortilla chips as a dip or serve over fish or along side your favorite street taco.
