Funfetti Cookies with Peeps Marshmallow Frosting

These cookies are a perfect Easter treat! A soft, chewy sprinkle-infused base made from a cake mix, with a light and pretty marshmallow buttercream icing colored solely from melted Peeps. Yum!

{FUNFETTI COOKIES}
1 pkg. (15.25 oz.) Pillsbury Funfetti Cake Mix
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. old-fashioned oats
{PEEPS MARSHMALLOW FROSTING}
1/2 c. softened butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. butter
1/2 c. Peeps marshmallows ( melted )
