A super easy to make and oh so flavorful appetizer or snack. Creamy fresh mozzarella and beautiful fresh herbs come together for a bright and delicious combination.

1 pound (2 8-ounce containers) of ciliegine mozzarella, well drained
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon capers
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
½ cup quality extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
Salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Mix everything together but the mozzarella balls, adding the salt in stages and testing for taste until right.
Then pour the oil marinade over the mozzarella balls.
