Gingerbread Protein Granola Bars

These bars offer a nice spice, light and crunchy, and with a protein infusion provide really a great snack!

1 cup GF oats
1/2 cup GF oat flour
2 scoops vanilla protein
1/2 cup raisins
2/3 cup chopped dates
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut
tbsp chia seeds
tsp cinnamon
tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves (ground up)
and a dash of allspice
2 tbsp warmed coconut butter
tbsp apple sauce
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
