Gluten Free Blueberry Muffins (Paleo Friendly Too!)

Moist and delicious blueberry muffins are sure add some fun and flavor to your morning routine.

2 cups almond flour or sunflower seed flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
3 eggs
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup milk (any kind will do, I used raw milk for these, but coconut milk is just as good)
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
