Gluten Free Vegan Black Bean Brownies

Moist, chocolately brownies made from black beans?? Yup, and you wouldn't even know it. These little gems are packed full of protein and lots of fiber, which will keep you full and satisfied while satisfying your sweet tooth. Brownies that are actually good for you? Who would of thought, enjoy!

1 cup black beans (drained and rinsed well)
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup honey (can use maple syrup to make vegan, make sure it's 100% pure maple syrup)
1/4-1/3 cup cocoa powder (depends on how chocolatey you want your brownie, I started with 1/4 cup and then added a bit more)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 tsp salt (can omit if you're black beans contain salt, even though you rinse the beans they're still be a bit salty)
1/4 cup oat flour (ground gluten free rolled oats)
1/3-1/2 cup chocolate chips (enjoy life chocolate chips are vegan, or use any brand of your choice)
1/3 cup walnuts (optional)
