Green Cabbage with Tofu

Easy to make, soft for the mouth.

4 cups shredded cabbage
6 ounce firm tofu
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
2 cup vegetable broth or water
Salt to taste
Cut tofu into strips. Put vegetable broth or water in a pot, bring to boil. Add cabbage, tofu, balsamic vinegar and salt to taste, let boil again. Lower heat and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.
