GRILLED SNAP PEAS, PEACHES AND FETA SUMMER SALAD

Refreshing and with lots of texture this summer salad has grilled snap peas, juicy peach, salty feta, crunchy radishes and peppery arugula.

2 cups arugula - washed
1 cup sugar snap peas - grilled
1 peach
4 organic radishes
3 organic tomatoes
½ cup feta cheese
¼ cup of green onion, chopped
extra virgin organic cold pressed olive oil
salt and pepper
half of lemon
