½ cup balsamic vinegar
½ cup olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ cup honey
1.5 – 2 lbs. boneless pork loin roast (I used a piece of meat that was 1.75 lbs. for purposes of calculating nutrition information)
