I'm huge into eating healthy, and this is something thats good for you AND tastes great! So if you have a big sweet tooth, but don't want to ruin that diet...this is for you :)

1 Frozen banana
a little water or almond milk

When your bananas are ripe ( some brown spots) take it and peel it. Then cut it up into 1/2 inch or so pieces...just not too large! stick them in a plastic bag, and toss into the freezer. When bananas are frozen, take out of freezer and bag, and toss into a good blender with a little almond milk, or water works also. (i have the ninja..works GREAT!). Blend on high, for as long as you like. (The longer you blend, the smoother and more creamy it will be). There you go! Banana icecream!!
Also, what i like to do, is add cocoa powder to mine! add a little bit at a time, until you like how it tastes.
