Healthy No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

These no bake cookies are a healthy goodness packed with oats that are dairy and sugar free sweetened with honey not sugar. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

1/2 c. peanut butter
1 banana mashed
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 c. unsweetened almond milk or use regular if desired
3c. oats
1/8 tsp.salt
chocolate chips of whatever amount or kind you desire (I used semi-sweet)
Mix all together(I used my hands)except chocolate chips; Use an ice cream scoop to scoop out dough onto wax paper; Press chocolate chips into tops of cookies and press down with a fork to flatten ; place cookies on wax paper in refrigerator for 30 min. or until firm before eating.
