Healthy Whole Wheat Pizza

A healthy pizza recipe that will feed the whole family and then some!

1 package active dry yeast
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
tsp sugar or 1/2 tsp stevia (I used the stevia)
3 tbsp grapeseed oil (you can also use EVOO if you want, I just didn’t have any)
1 cup hot water (temp. at 105-115 degrees F)

1/3 cup low fat Kraft mozzarella blend
1/2 cup no salt added low fat pasta sauce
1/2 green pepper
1/4th cup diced red onion
2 cups chopped spinach
tsp garlic
