So for that last style; there are few things you will crave such as, sugar, chocolates. But with will power this can be channelized towards healthy lifestyle and also helps in satiating your cravings.

Baking chocolate (100% unsweetened I used around 3 oz)
Whey- 2.5 scoops (I used vanilla flavored)

Almond meal or almond butter optional ( 20 almonds grinded to make fine powder)
