Why not make your own chicken nuggets? These Homemade Buffalo Chicken Nuggets are made with ground chicken and are grain free, gluten free, dairy free and sugar free!

2 eggs
1/2 cup coconut flour
4 teaspoons Frank’s Buffalo Wing Sauce
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Coating:
1/2 cup coconut flour
4 tablespoons ground flax seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dressing:
2/3 cup Frank’s Buffalo Wing Sauce
6 tablespoons ghee or butter

water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)
