Homemade Hummus is a healthy snack or party appetizer that family and friends will love. Garlic scapes, a Farmer\'s Market favorite, add another depth of flavor to this recipe!

3 15.5 oz cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
? cup garlic scapes, chopped
¾ cup tahini
¾ cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
¼ cup water
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1½ teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon sea salt
