Homemade Meatballs and Sauce served over Cheese Ravioli w/ Garlic Toast

Learning from the Italians\\\'. They recommend light basic sauces full of flavor to complement the food and not overwhelm. Although, the ravioli and garlic toast is not homemade; I am indeed in the process of learning how to prepare my favorite cuisine the authentic way. Buon appetito!

Garlic toast ( any store bought brand )
Cheese ravioli
2 lbs hamburger meat
1 red, green, and yellow bell pepper
1 whole garlic clove
1 yellow onion
Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
2 medium-sized tomatoes
Mushrooms
Tomato paste
Basil
Italian seasoning blends (spice)
Oregano
Parsley
Sugar
Salt
Black pepper
Meatballs 2 1bs hamburger meat 1/4 each bell pepper (diced) 1/2 garlic clove (diced) 1/4 of onion (diced) 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 egg Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place hamburger meat in large bowl. Add all ingredients. Mix together well so ingredients are mixed throughout. Form into 1 1/2 inch meatballs. Place in oven for approx. 45 mins or until well done. Basic Tomato Sauce 1- 6 oz. can tomato paste 2 tomatoes (diced) 1/4 each bell pepper (diced) 1/2 garlic clove (diced) 1/4 onion (diced) 1 cup mushrooms (diced) 1 tsp each of basil, Italian seasonings blends (spice), oregano, parsley, salt, black pepper 1 tbsp sugar Saute all vegetables in olive oil until tender. Add tomato paste and tomatoes. Stir until even liquid consistency (if paste is still bulky, add 1/4 cup of water as needed until sauce is thinned to your desired thickness, continue stirring during this process). Then, add the rest of the ingredients. Cook on low until simmer, stirring continually to prevent sticking. Cheese Ravioli Follow instructions on the package. Garlic Toast Follow instructions on the package. When the meatballs and sauce are complete -- add to cheese ravioli and serve with toast.
