Make Pizza Sauce at home and don't be afraid to use garlic sauce

- 9 Plum Tomatoes
- 1 Red or Green Bell Pepper
- 12 Cloves of garlic (adjust to your taste)
- 1 Tbsp of unsalted tomato paste
- 2 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 2 tsp of dried parsley
- 2 tsp of dried oregano
- 2 tsp of dried basil
- ½ tsp of rosemary (optional)
- 4 tsp of extra virgin olive oil (divided into 2 portions)
- 1 Red or Green Bell Pepper
