Homemade Roasted Almond Butter

The Hubby and I have found a new snack…Almond Butter with well…just about anything, including a spoon! He came home with some a couple of months ago when we were off on a road trip to Phoenix/Las Vegas for some R&R and cycling. He thought Almond Butter would be a great snack with apples. The brand he bought was really tasty, but when time to buy again, I wasn’t able to find it. I looked for smooth, no sugar, no stir, organic etc. This combo eluded me.

Food Processor Bowl Ingredients:
2 cups Oven Roasted Almonds. Mine are always salted, but salt or not salt as you like.
1 Tablespoon melted Coconut Oil for an extra dose of healthful fat.
2 cups Oven Roasted Almonds. Mine are always salted, but salt or not salt as you like.
1 Tablespoon melted Coconut Oil for an extra dose of healthful fat.
Food Processor Prep:
Put all the Almonds and the Coconut Oil in the Processor Bowl. Process for a few seconds then scrap down the sides of the bowl. Continue until you have the desired consistency....
