Italian Pizza Soup

Here is a twist on the traditional italian soup, pizza soup! My version is healthy and filling! enjoy!

1/2 cup onion, diced
1 tablespoon corn starch (or 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour)
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
1 1/4 cup milk
1- 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
1- 14.5 oz can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup turkey mini pepperonis (or cut up large pepperonis)
1/3 cup diced mushroom
1/4 cup diced bell pepper
1 green onion, thinly sliced for garnish
1/4 cup sliced zucchini
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sliced olives
1 tablespoon corn starch (or 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour)
1 teaspoon oregano

In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil and saute onions and zucchini until golden, about 5-7 minutes.
Add cornstarch and spices. Stir until cornstarch is absorbed and lump-free.
