This Kale, Peppers, Red onions pizza is an easy dish where fresh summer veggies can totally show off. It is made with homemade whole wheat pizza dough.
½ recipe homemade whole wheat pizza crust
1 cup homemade tomato sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups chopped kale leaves
½ red bell pepper - thinly sliced
½ yellow bell pepper - thinly sliced
½ small red onion - thinly sliced
1 cup homemade tomato sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups chopped kale leaves
½ red bell pepper - thinly sliced
½ yellow bell pepper - thinly sliced
½ small red onion - thinly sliced
Preheat oven to 425F.
Place 1 cup of tomato sauce over the pizza (more or less if you like).
Spread the mozzarella evenly then the kale, red and yellow bell pepper and red onions.
