2 TBSP sea salt
zest of 1 lemon
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 TBSP fresh rosemary leaves removed from stems
3 cloves of garlic
1/3 cup avocado oil or olive oil
4 cups radishes, halved
8 bone in, skin on chicken thighs
