Lola is a traditional sweet from the Kutch region of Gujarat. This sweet is made from whole wheat flour, poppy seeds, eggs, ghee and sugar. Its a very simple and easy recipe and the best part is you can even store these in an airtight container for up to a month. So you are never out of quick but healthy snack. And kids love these too. Wheat flour - 500 grams
Sugar - 500 grams
Poppy seeds (Khus khus) - 100 grams
Egg - 1 no:
Milk - 1/2 cup
Baking soda - a pinch
Cashew nuts - 10 - 15 no:s
