1 lb. Ground meat
Bell peppers
Onion
10.5 oz. Creme of chicken
Onion salt
Cayenne Pepper
Parsely flakes
Tsp. Canola oil
Chop bell peppers in sqares Chop onions Put onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms in in non stick deep skillet with ground meat season with Cayenne Pepper,  onion salt, Parsely flakes and cook on low heat....
