Low Carb Shepherds Pie

A healthy, Gluten-free and dairy-free version of Shepherd's Pie without all the unnecessary starches and carbs!

1 lb lean ground turkey/chicken/beef (I don’t eat red meat so I used turkey)
1 Cauliflower Head
tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp almond milk unsweetened
1/2 green bell pepper diced
1/4th C red onion diced
1/2 C peas
**any veggies will work these are just what I wanted to use **
1 1/2 C warm water
tbsp GF worcestershire sauce ** NOTE: not all worcestershire sauce is GF so double check yours before using. Heinz brand is gluten-free however Lea & Perkins is not! **

Family friendly Tuna Noodle Casserole made with a simple cheddar cheese sauce and crunchy buttery Parmesan panko breadcrumbs,

Tuna Casserole:
8 ounces wide egg noodles
5 tablespoons butter (unsalted)
5 tablespoons flour
2 1/2 cups milk (2%)
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
1 cup shredded white cheddar
2 pouches tuna in water
1 cup frozen baby peas

200 g Pork belly ( thin sliced )
1 tbsp Korean chilli powder
1 tsp Sesame oil
