Miso Walnut Baked Tomatoes


Pretty easy and pretty.

16 cherry tomatoes 1 tablespoon chopped onion 1 tablespoon miso paste ¼ cup chopped walnut Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Trim bottom of the tomatoes so they could stand on a flat surface. Trim top of the tomatoes and scoop out a little flesh to make a hole. Put the trimmed off tomato flesh, onion, miso paste and walnut into a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little water if necessary. The result should be a thick paste and not a sauce. Put tomatoes in a baking dish. Put a little walnut paste into the hole. Bake 10 minutes and serve.
