Mixed Vegetables in cheesy sauce

1/2 cup corn, beans and pumpkin vegetables
1/2 cup cauliflower and broccoli vegetable
3 table spoonbutter
1/4 cup plain flour
2 cups milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
step one -Cook vegetables in microwave for 15 mins. Step 2 Preheat grill on medium-high. Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until bubbling. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in milk. Return to heat. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens slightly. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Step 3 Combine vegetables in a lightly greased, 9cm-deep, 8 cup-capacity flame-proof dish. Pour over cheese sauce. Grill for 5 minutes or until browned. Serve.

1. Place all ingredients into a blender
2. Add water until it reaches 3/4 of the cup
3. Blend for 30 seconds
