Mussels with cheese and garlic
A steaming bowl of mussels will satisfy even the hungriest foodie. This version has garlic, butter and cheese.
To level up the game, you can add some lemon zest, to enhance the acidity of the dish. You may also wish to add some heat by adding some chili flakes to spice things up a little. Some crispy bread is also nice to soak up the sauce.
1/4 pound butter
4 cloves garlic
1/2 pound grated parmesan cheese
