Here is a great authentic dish, italian stuffed peppers a perfect healthy comfort food! enjoy!

6 medium size bell peppers
2 TBS extra virgin olive oil
? cup finely chopped onions
1 TBS chopped garlic
1¼ lbs lean ground turkey
1 TBS dried Italian seasoning
2 cups already cooked rice
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese plus extra for sprinkling
2 cups homemade or your fave marinara sauce, divided
salt and pepper to taste
½ cup water
