Overnight oats made with coconut milk.

50 ml coconut milk (full fat)
150 ml water
ΒΌ tsp vanilla bean powder (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve with your choice of topping, e.g, raspberries, pomegranate, bananas, pineapple.
