PB & J Smoothie

This is a power protein and antioxidant packed drink that is so delicious and healthy as well!

1- cup Almond or Rice Milk
1- cup frozen Acai Berry or Blueberries (,can use ready made purée)
1/2- cup Strawberries ( fresh or frozen)
1- large banana
2-,Tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter
1-tablespoon each Ground Flaxseed and Chia seeds
In a blender, mix all ingredients and blend on high speed for 1 minute. Serves 2- 10 ounce glasses.. Enjoy!!
